Dana Dramnitzke


Dana brings 20 years’ experience in the areas of change management, organizational design, organizational development and facilitation. An experienced coach of executives, she guides them through the process of leading change. She’s renowned for her ability to develop strategic approaches to change and organizational development, and to facilitate leadership teams and galvanize them into action. Never one to settle for superficial answers, Dana digs under the surface, generating solutions and creating options for clients.
Prior to HR Transformations in 2006, Dana held a number of key HR leadership roles, most recently as the Vice President of Human Resources for Revera Inc., Canada’s 11th largest private-sector employer. At Revera Inc., Dana was a member of the executive team and was accountable for the alignment of HR activities with the company’s business strategy. Dana is a Certified Compensation Professional and holds a BCom from the University of Toronto.
To unwind from her busy schedule, Dana likes nothing better than to paddle into the wilderness with friends. For the last 15 years, she has enjoyed annual backcountry kayak trips with the same group of friends.
