Paula is known for her positive vision and over 20 years of extensive experience as a Training Advisor, Training Team Leader and Learning Consultant for ERP and non-ERP Business Solutions. Extensive knowledge of SAP R/3 and Oracle modules/products; for example, SRM, Purchasing P2P (including Sourcing), Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, Production Planning, Warehouse Management, Business Information, Retail, Finance/Controlling, Human Resources and Project Systems. Paula has extensive knowledge of SAP R/3 and Oracle modules and products.
Her technical expertise is coupled with excellent communication skills and an ability to effectively determine client needs and training strategies, instructional and documentation design, quality review processes, methodologies and tools.

Megan has 6 years of experience in training development & delivery and organizational change management as a team member, lead and co-manager. Her skills cover Training Development, Training Delivery, Communications, Business Change & Impact Mitigation, Role Mapping, Training, End-User Transition and Sustainability and are based on real-world experience in on-going projects. She has personally configured SEN and developed full courses, complete with customized documents and course editing. She is highly intelligent and comes up to speed quickly in any environment.
Since challenges are a natural part of project implementation, she easily maintains the necessary processes and controls required to integrate and execute successful training and change management. She knows that the ultimate test of a successful system is not that it was delivered, but that the people use it, adopt it, and become more productive over time. Joanna has excellent planning and organizational skills when managing multiple projects, while maintaining composure and a sense of humour from start to finish. She is always a very enthusiastic, proactive team player, has great execution skills and eager to learn. Joanna began her career as a Marketing Coordinator and Manager with independent film distribution companies in Toronto. She holds a B.A. in Film Studies, a Diploma in Arts administration and Cultural Management, and a Diploma in Gerontology. Joanna enjoys designing greeting cards for friends and family, dance classes and reading biographies.

Dana brings 20 years’ experience in the areas of change management, organizational design, organizational development and facilitation. An experienced coach of executives, she guides them through the process of leading change. She’s renowned for her ability to develop strategic approaches to change and organizational development, and to facilitate leadership teams and galvanize them into action. Never one to settle for superficial answers, Dana digs under the surface, generating solutions and creating options for clients.
Prior to HR Transformations in 2006, Dana held a number of key HR leadership roles, most recently as the Vice President of Human Resources for Revera Inc., Canada’s 11th largest private-sector employer. At Revera Inc., Dana was a member of the executive team and was accountable for the alignment of HR activities with the company’s business strategy. Dana is a Certified Compensation Professional and holds a BCom from the University of Toronto.
To unwind from her busy schedule, Dana likes nothing better than to paddle into the wilderness with friends. For the last 15 years, she has enjoyed annual backcountry kayak trips with the same group of friends.

Mitch Ellner is an expert in change management, organizational restructuring and human resources strategy. Well versed in both traditional and non-traditional business practices, Mitchell’s ability to delivery business results by leading organizational change management initiatives helps underpin HR Transformations ability to create change that endures. For over 15 years, Mitchell has provided change management leadership on system implementations such as human resources finance, ADP, SAP, Oracle and custom builds. Non-system change projects include vision and strategic initiatives, enterprise performance management, business start-ups and recruitment outsourcing. He is adept at technical, business and project planning and conducting organizational analysis, vendor reviews and human resources outsourcing options. Mitch has a Masters in Business Management from Northeastern University and is Prosci / ADKAR certified.

She has over 20 years of experience working with leaders and executives in Canada, the Philippines, India, and Indonesia across diverse industry sector including media & publishing, CPG, petrochemicals, and municipal government.
A highly knowledgeable trainer, facilitator and coach, Nina guides clients and their leaders at all levels through impactful leadership development programs, individual and group coaching, 360-degree feedback and psychometric assessments. Nina is a go-to consultant for developing training skills in others and has accredited and supported the success of dozens of trainers and master trainers on content ranging from technical training to soft skills training in blended learning environments.

Stephanie brings over 22 years’ experience in human resources, change management and organizational development. Her expertise includes talent and succession planning, executive and management coaching as well as leadership development. She’s particularly adept at diagnosing and developing employee engagement strategies and facilitating their implementation. Well known for her unique ability to ask the right questions that uncover what lies beneath both organizational and individual issues, she works with clients to pinpoint solutions that really make a difference.
Prior to joining our team in 2010, Stephanie was most recently Director of Talent Management at TELUS, HR Country Manager at GMAC and Senior Manager of Talent at Amex Canada. She has also worked in HR at BiWay Stores and Purolator Courier. Stephanie is a certified HR Professional, a certified Adler-trained coach and a certified MBTI trainer. She holds a Post-diploma in HR Management from Seneca College, a BA in Psychology from York University and BA Administrative and Commercial studies from Huron College at University of Western Ontario.
Stephanie is a very active person year round, but she particularly enjoys the winter months when she often heads for the slopes to ski.

Tammy brings 20 years’ organizational development experience and 10 years’ experience as partner and senior consultant at HR Transformations. Senior leaders of high-profile organizations regularly rely on Tammy’s advice, seeking her expertise in change management, organizational design and facilitation. Known for her direct approach that leads to pragmatic and creative solutions, clients enjoy working with Tammy. A sought-after facilitator, she engages teams at all levels of organizations, infusing them with her special brand of optimism and action orientation that gets things done.
Prior to HR Transformations in 2002, Tammy held the positions of HR and Training Manager at Procter and Gamble, Director of Organization Development at Ericsson and Vice President of HR for CYBERplex, an internet services company. Tammy holds a BA Honours from the University of Toronto and has completed CHRM studies from the HRPA, and post-degree studies in psychology at the University of Toronto.
When not busy with her consulting work, Tammy is an avid film buff. A devoted fan of the Toronto International Film Festival for the past 20 years, each September she takes vacation time to attend the Toronto International Film Festival.
